We only accept clean, wearable clothing, shoes, and handbags. To be suitable, all items must be in good, clean, wearable, and saleable condition.

This means:

Clothing must be freshly laundered, with no stains, rips, or heavy wear

Shoes must be paired, clean, and in good condition

Handbags must be clean, intact, and fully usable

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any damaged, dirty, heavily worn, or unsaleable items. Suitable clothing is recycled for resale on the second-hand markets, giving quality items a second life and helping to reduce landfill waste. Items that are damaged, dirty, or unsaleable will not be accepted.
